246 was the first 7 storey apartment building to be constructed along Unley Road, setting a new benchmark in development, quality and design.

The building was conceived as 59 apartments, 5 retail tenancies and a split level 2 storey basement carpark with a unique internal atrium servicing access and common area to the residence.

The design was conceived to strategically allow reconfiguring and amalgamation of apartments to cater for alternative larger apartment reconfigurations.

Consequently, several apartments were amalgamated resulting in 49 larger market driven apartments, with all apartments sold off plan.
