‘Ashbrook Retirement Village’ – 60 high end apartments with community facilities, basement car parks 5 levels. We won the MBA Australian Project of the Year.

88 beach villas built with a total value of $50m. South Shores Coastal Village incorporates some 88 individual beach villas with communal swimming pools, parklands and various shared community facilities. The project also involved significant works to the public areas, providing infrastructure benefits for the wider community, as well as residents and visitors.
